Despite our esteemed MPP's protest to the contrary, Ontario's new Green Energy Act makes sure that no environmentally sensitive area of the province is off limits to industrial wind turbine development. Which must come as a surprise to those of us who have lived through all the previous environmental restrictions of the Oak Ridge Moraine Act. This is the "New" Green.
